A sound bath is a holistic approach to relaxation and healing. It is the practice of being deeply immersed in sounds and vibrations that have the power to cleanse and heal. Sound bathing is a voyage of self-discovery through deep relaxation and meditation which helps one to effectively meet life’s challenges. We use a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Past Life Regression (PLR) is a gentle form of hypnotherapy that takes an individual back through time to their previous lives or incarnations by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in their subconscious mind. Certified and trained in PLR by Dr. Brian L.
